Define Noun

The word that determines that named of any living or nonliving things is called noun.

There are five types of noun.

1.proper noun 2.common noun 3.collective noun 4.material noun 5.abstract noun

1.proper noun is the particular name of a person, place or thing, is called proper noun. Eg: Rahul,sasaram,rs aggarwal

2.common noun is a non specific person, place or thing. Eg: dog ,girl.

3.collective noun, a noun that represents a collection of individual,usually people,such as : a team.

4.Material noun, a material noun is a name of something which is tangible,is called material noun. Eg: in sentences, I have a cricket bat in my closet,water ,air, silver, etc.

5.Abstract noun ,an abstract noun is a noun that cannot be perceived using one of the five senses. ie<taste,touch ,sight, hearing, smelling.
